Returns Policy
Withdrawal Policy
1. The right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.
2. Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods.
3. Notification of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Happy by Lies, of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form (below) for this purpose, or make a statement in which you clearly express your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. 4. Compliance with the withdrawal period
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
5. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), back from us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will refund you using the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such refund.
6. Right of retention
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. 7. Return of the goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us, Happy by Lies, without delay, but in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
8. Costs of return
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you.
9. Compensation for Diminution in Value
You are only liable for the diminution in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
